I truly am impressed about a) your advice that get one course up at a time, b) the turnaround time you always give me when I want to change courses- e.g. yesterday when you swapped Agile for PMP in record time and c) your phone manners- you make the customer feel at ease and dealing with a fickle customer would make anyone irate and your composure is truly refreshing in this day and age.

The Tutorial Course is straight forward with clear instructions and I have been enjoying the interactive interface modules really much!

I will with no hesitation recommend Simply college training to anyone who wants to upgrade to a higher Level as the MOS offers much more than the ECDL.

So, to conclude I am a very happy learner!!

I've recently completed the ECDL course online through SimplyCollege IT and I have to say it was so easy to follow. I came across a problem with one of the modules and after ringing the helpline, the problen was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The staff were extremely friendly to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend this training institution to anyone looking to do the ECDL and the certificates were issued promptly on completion of the course (same day via e-mail). Thank you!
